After a Lulu Direct order has been paid for, by default you can cancel the order within one hour from the Lulu Direct app’s Order page. One hour after payment has been received, the order will be moved to fulfillment and it can no longer be canceled. 

Please note: You can extend the amount of time you have to cancel an order by updating your Production Delay.

If you have opted in to Automatic Payments, your Lulu Direct orders will be automatically paid for at the time of ordering. Therefore, cancellation must be done within one hour, or within your custom Production Delay period, after the order has been placed through your Shopify store. 

If an order has not been paid for, it can be canceled at any time prior to applying a payment.
