A shipping address can only be changed within the Lulu xPress App if an order is in the “Unpaid” or “Invalid” status. To change the address, click the “Revise” button next to the order. Once the address has been updated, scroll down and click the “Save Changes” button.

 

If an order has already been paid for and is currently in production, please contact us to change the shipping address. We can change the shipping address for you as long as the order has not been shipped or has not proceeded past the point in production where the address can be changed.

 

When contacting us, it is important to provide both the updated shipping address and the Lulu Order Number, which can be found on the Lulu xPress App’s Orders page.
